How quickly does Decode Label reply?
We aim to respond to every message within 2 working days. Data corrections are prioritised because accuracy is the whole point of the platform.
Can a brand pay to change or remove its score?
No. No brand can pay to change, raise, or remove its score — that rule is enforced in code. Brands are welcome to submit factual corrections with evidence, which we verify independently.
Do you offer partnerships or data licensing?
Yes — choose “Partnership / business” in the form and tell us what you have in mind. We work with retailers, researchers and health platforms that share our independence-first principles.
